"Commons" Endorsing McGinn for Mayor

The Party of Commons is endorsing Michael McGinn for Mayor of Seattle. McGinn has been a long time community activist and environmental activist, including leader of the Sierra Club. He is against the tunnel boondoggle that the people of Seattle voted against. He seems to be a man of the people, which is more than we can say about the other candidates, especially Drago and Mallahan. Maybe, McGinn will actually do something about homelessness in Seattle; something revolutionary, perhaps, like provide homes. "Commons" proposes that the city and county governments works with developers to do just that, or build hotel rooms themselves for a small rental charge. The latter would be cost effective regarding government disbursements, because it would alleviate other associated costs.
