Earlier this week we found out that the September 14, 2004 primary ballots in King and Thurston counties were destroyed some years ago, which probably means the Pierce County ballots met the same fate. Therefore, the hard facts of this scandal will be practically impossible to uncover. We have noted however, with documentation, that some of the recent viewings of our blog, since we started writing on September 20, 2010 about the "other curious election of '04," have come from the county government of Los Angeles (3 different viewings from there in the last 32 days or so); it's no coincidence that Dean Logan works for that particular county government.
The write-in campaign for Mark Greene for State Representative in District 41, Position 2, is going strong; ballots must be postmarked by November 2nd.
