"Outstanding" Logic

Regarding their dubious ratings, the so-called municipal league missed the opportunity to go for a 180 degree difference, in their minds, between Ms. Huff and Mark Greene by only giving Huff the next to the best rating. That probably would have made their preordained rating scheme a little too obvious. In the unlikely event that some enterprising mainstream news journalist will get close to their shenanigans, better for them to be able to say, "See, Huff didn't even get the best rating."
