Pierce County, WA

39 posts on Commoner will be named in honor of a county, in alphabetical order
starting with Adams. The county that is recognized on a particular day does not
necessarily correlate with the particular topic chosen for that day other than
in the general sense.
Anderson Island
When I visited Anderson Island for the 2004 U.S. Representative/9th District Campaign, I was the only candidate for that office who attended the candidate forum there. Anderson Island is beautiful. Thank you Pierce County and Anderson Island for your hospitality!

Mark is probably the only politician in Washington that had the temerity to keep the 2004 election shenanigans in the news as late as 2011 and to call out names. Elections are too important for shams to be ignored and for accountability to be neglected.
