With oppressive regimes persecuting political opponents in America and abroad, I am asking for the financial support of my campaign supporters for my legal defense fund in helping me fend off Uncle Sam's relentless pursuit of me, a candidate for the 114th Congress, on a trumped-up tax case that should be settled with a hand shake and a little more patience by Uncle Sam regarding this depression era's unemployed instead of levies, Leavenworth (where debtors may be imprisoned) and court proceedings. As money comes into this fund, I will ask the Federal Election Commission for advice on how this money should be reported on campaign financial forms if it is determined that these funds should be considered a campaign donation. These funds may only be reported if the total, when combined with my other campaign expenses and contributions, comes to $5,000. These funds will be scrupulously handled as Uncle Sam is watching real representatives of the people like a hawk,
and money coming into this fund will be strictly regulated for defense or administrative purposes, and not used to pay any taxes to the I.R.S. Since I think the pressure on me by the I.R.S. is politically driven, for the moment I will consider contributions as campaign related, unless otherwise advised by the F.E.C. or lawyers. Mark is probably the only politician in Washington that had the temerity to keep the 2004 election shenanigans (of which "Blue Dog" Democrat, Adam Smith, was one of the unfortunate beneficiaries) in the news as late as 2012 and to call out names. Elections are too important for shams to be ignored and for accountability to be neglected.
